讲座内容简介:
We will talk about the known zero number diminishing properties and some recent extensions where the boundary conditions can be zero at some times and not zero at other times. We will also explain how is this property applied to derive the fact that each $\omega$-limit point of a bounded solution for a one dimensional parabolic equation is a stationary one.  

讲座人简介：
娄本东，上海师范大学数理学院教授、博士生导师、数学系主任。1997年于山东大学获得博士学位并留校任教，1999-2005年在东京大学、北海道大学做研究员，2005年-2016年任同济大学教授，2016年3月起任上海师范大学教授。娄本东教授主要从事反应扩散方程的相关研究，尤其是对带自由边界的反应扩散方程的研究获得了一系列重要的结果，已经在国际著名学术期刊《J. Eur. Math. Soc.》、《Ann.Inst.H.Poincare Anal. Non Lineaire》、《SIAM J.Math.Anal》、《J.Funct.Anal.》、《Comm.Partial Differential Equations》、《J.Differential Equations》、《Calc.Var.Partial Differential Equations》、《J.Dynam.Differential Equations》等上发表SCI论文50多篇。已主持国家自然科学基金多项。
